Product is operating as it should and makes excellent coffee.Good buy as there are many more expensive urns out there. This makes wonderful coffee for less money.
easy to use, well priced, everyone said my coffee was great. I think this is a great buy for the money. not that pretty but it is not for dispaly on a buffet, it is in my kitchen so it really did not matter to me and the pretty ones are very costly
Needed for a church. Works great. Clean up is a sinch and the price was great.
Just as I said in the title, this thing does what it is supposed to do,, except really slow. Not a problem if you plan for it. Use course ground coffee, fill the bucket with water, turn it on - and wait for 2hrs. Then you have 42 cups of jo that stays hot for a long time.
Great product (replacement for one that lasted 23 years). Price was also better than the big discount stores, with free shipping as an added bonus.
